We all love living on Sixes Road.
It has so much to offer !

Nature ..

All around us tress , creeks and green.

Quality of Life..

  • Your neighbor is not sitting on top of you

  • Trees and a lawn to enjoy

  • Space for the family and hobbies

Recreation..

  • Blankets Creek Trails (mountain biking & hiking)

  • Lake Alatoona (boating , fishing , family fun)

  • Aquatic Center

Convenience..

  • Everything is close by. Schools, churches and stores

  • Even an outlet mall!

But we are under threat of another new development on Sixes Road.

The most recent development , Parc Terrace, on Sixes has caused more traffic and danger (illegal u-turns)

But this is nothing compared to what Brock Builder wants to develop. Twice as many properties per acer as Parc Terrace.

  • 9 units per acre is not the sixes road quality of life

  • Schools are already over crowded

  • More traffic and u-turns

  • Watch your property values drop

Help us fight this high density development !

Sixes Rd is already dangerous enough , we do not need more vehicles every day.

It’s about quality of life, not maximizing profits for builders
