why we started…

We live in the Falls of Cherokee neighborhood and we started savessixesrd.org as a community-driven response to the threat of an upcoming large-scale development project right next to us. Our goal is to safeguard the quality of life for residents and preserve the character of our community. We like having space around our houses. Trees and see deer wander through the forest and our neighborhood. In the morning when heading out to work, it already takes forever to get on sixes road. God bless when you have to go to Kroger around rush hour. We want to keep the green instead more gridlock. Therefore we decided to not stand by and fight instead.
